Besides Falling Action, a few original comic ideas:
1. The Haves - This is a story about an extremely rich US tycoon who controls most of the US industry as he reacts to a global socialist revolution. Another key character is his former pupil a younger business man who has strong sympathies with the new socialist movement, and tries to convince the main character to conform with the socialist movement.
2. Sci-Fi #1 - This story came from a concept of what would happen if humans were the most advanced space-traveling race in a heavily populated universe. Set far in the future, humanity is the dominant life form in the universe and basically continues corporate culture into space, while exploiting the natural resources and races of every planet they encounter.
3. Samurai Anthology - This is just an idea to adapt actual samurai legends into a comic book anthology. Like Twilight Zone for samurai
4. Slave Narrative - Either a comic book adapation of the Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass or a fictional story with strong connection to that work. Comics need to evolve, and I think serious adaptions like this can help.

Ah
After watching Adaptation for the first time, I became inspired by its creativity. Here's to ideas sparked from my inspiration buzz.
1. Fate - The protagonist may or may not have a mystical ability to control his own fate. He goes through three major periods of his life
he takes place in an african/central american revolution.
then gets the perfect love.
then becomes president of the united states
then he slowly forgets about his power to control fate, and ends up in retirement home.
2. Suicide Breath - This story is too hard to describe, but it is a dark comedy revolving around a young kid who overcame his desire to kill himself, but cannot get rid of the bad breath that resulted from his lack of personal hygiene in depression.

Two new screenplay ideas
Two ideas for movies.
1. Alternate time line action movie - in this movie Hitler wins world war II and the story takes place in German-USA around 2000. The premise is about an underground rebel who tries to successfully run Jews out of the country to a safe zone.
2. Places to Sleep - this is about a homeless youth in OKC who is always confronted with ways to help others which he always does no matter the cost.

Ideas from the Script assignment.
I went through many different ideas for a stage/screen play for the script writing assignment before I found out I could do the comic book.
Original Concept
1. Post-Apocalyptic Story (Drama): This story revolves around a man who dedicated his life to being able to raise a child in the setting after having a child die in his care previously. He eventually meets a lone woman who is only interested in sex (she's kind of a nihilist) with him. The man refuses her advances because of how seriously he has thought about raising a child and believing that the moment is not right. However, he does have hope for his fantasy to come true eventually. Sadly, they encounter another man who the woman immediately sleeps with. From this point there are several ways to end the story.
2. Romantic-Comedy: Nothing novel about this idea. Just a combination of youth and romance.
3. Animal World (Comedy): In the history of this work a scientist invented a way to make any living creature intelligent and able to speak through genetic manipulation. Animals in this state are generally rare, but greatly effected the development of the world. The main characters are two scientists one human and one earthworm who are trying to solve the problems that have arisen due to the existence of the genetically manipulated animals.
